I began learning about Reiki in 1998. In the Fall of 2002, I took my first formal Reiki Class in Minneapolis, and began to practice on myself and with friends and family members. I continued to study, and in the Spring of 2005, I received my Reiki Master Training. I continue to incorporate additional forms of Reiki as I learn from additional teachers and healers in my community.
